This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of services provided by Asia Play 247, operated by ASIAN PLAY STORE. We are committed to providing fair and transparent policies for our customers.

2. Training Program Cancellations

2.1 Cancellation by Customer

Before Program Starts:

  • Cancellation 7+ days before start: 100% refund minus processing fee (₹500)
  • Cancellation 3-6 days before start: 75% refund
  • Cancellation 1-2 days before start: 50% refund
  • Cancellation on start date: No refund

After Program Starts:

  • Within first week: 50% refund for remaining sessions
  • After first week: 25% refund for remaining sessions
  • After 50% completion: No refund available

2.2 Medical/Emergency Cancellations

In case of medical emergencies or serious illness preventing participation, we offer:

  • Medical certificate required for consideration
  • Option to transfer to future programs
  • Prorated refund based on unused sessions (medical review required)
  • Credit valid for 12 months from issue date

3. Individual Session Cancellations

3.1 Customer Cancellations

  • 24+ hours notice: Full credit for future use
  • 12-24 hours notice: 50% credit
  • Less than 12 hours: No credit or refund
  • No-show: Full session charge applies

3.2 Weather-Related Cancellations

  • Outdoor sessions cancelled due to weather: Full credit or makeup session
  • Indoor sessions generally proceed unless facility closure
  • Severe weather warnings: Automatic cancellation with full credit

4. Event and Tournament Refunds

4.1 Registration Cancellations

  • 30+ days before event: 90% refund
  • 15-29 days before event: 75% refund
  • 7-14 days before event: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days: No refund (transfer to another participant allowed)

4.2 Event Cancellation by Organizer

  • Full refund if event is cancelled by us
  • Alternative event dates offered when possible
  • Refund processing within 7-14 business days

5. Equipment and Merchandise

5.1 Equipment Rental

  • Cancellation 24+ hours: Full refund
  • Same-day cancellation: 50% charge
  • Damaged equipment: Repair/replacement charges apply

5.2 Merchandise Sales

  • Defective items: Full refund or exchange within 7 days
  • Wrong size/color: Exchange within 7 days (customer pays shipping)
  • Change of mind: No refund on personalized items

6. Facility Bookings

6.1 Private Facility Bookings

  • 48+ hours notice: 90% refund
  • 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund
  • Rebooking allowed with 48+ hours notice (subject to availability)

7. Refund Processing

7.1 Processing Time

  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
  • Bank transfer refunds: 3-7 business days
  • Cash payments: Immediate upon approval
  • Digital wallet refunds: 1-3 business days

7.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. If this is not possible, alternative arrangements will be made in consultation with the customer.

8. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Registration and administrative fees
  • Personalized equipment and merchandise
  • Completed services (sessions already attended)
  • Late cancellation fees
  • Third-party charges (payment processing fees)

9. Program Transfers

As an alternative to cancellation, we offer program transfers:

  • Transfer to different time slot: Free (subject to availability)
  • Transfer to different sport: ₹500 processing fee
  • Transfer to family member: Free with proper documentation
  • Transfer validity: 12 months from original program start date

10. Force Majeure

In cases of events beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemic lockdowns, etc.), we will work with customers to provide:

  • Online training alternatives where possible
  • Program extensions when restrictions are lifted
  • Prorated refunds if services cannot be provided
  • Credit for future programs valid for 18 months

11. How to Request Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund or cancellation:

  1. Contact us via email or phone with your request
  2. Provide booking/registration details and reason for cancellation
  3. Submit any required documentation (medical certificates, etc.)
  4. Receive confirmation and expected processing timeline
  5. Refund will be processed according to our policy terms

12. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may:

  • Request a review by our management team
  • Provide additional documentation supporting your case
  • Seek mediation through consumer protection forums
  • Contact us for alternative resolution options
